DG HR Learning Needs Survey

DG HR brings together colleagues working in a wide range of professional roles, including HR, finance, administration, digital and IT, security, communication, management and other specialist or support functions.

This survey aims to identify common and role-specific learning needs across DG HR. The results will help us understand where colleagues would benefit from further learning, guidance or support, and how existing Commission learning packages and other learning approaches can best support our work.

In this survey, learning and development includes not only courses and training, but also guidance, coaching, mentoring, peer learning, job shadowing and learning through day-to-day work.

The survey should take approximately 12–15 minutes to complete and will be open until 31 October 2026. Your responses will remain strictly confidential. Results will be analysed and reported at Directorate level. They will be used to inform future learning priorities and offers for DG HR.
